I came to Kugyay in 2008. I remember the circumstances, too. My progress report had just came home from school, and on there was one large D+ in Math. Given, it wasn't the final grade, but my own disappointment in myself prompted me to head upstairs and bawl my eyes out on the ground, even despite my mom trying to come in to comfort me. I fell on my bed and cried for 2 hours about that D+. I felt like a failure. The day was Friday, May 8th, 2008, and I was about to discover Kugyay for the first time. After crying for a good chunk of time, my younger self decided it needed to take a little break and get its mind off of things. So, naturally,

Lover of the Wood

What might you say, about this one? Short, tall, sleek, slick, you may choose for yourself. She was indeed what you might call different, but she was special in a way, that no one would understand. She was-well...her. Light blue eyes, long light-brown hair, kind spirit, yet almost always outside, in the woods. Drapped over her body, was a long light green cloak, and hood. A bow and quiver, stood apon her shoulder. Outside, is where you would find her, but home is where you would not get her. Pointed ears, is what she had, which must be strange to people like you. Only because she wasn't a person like you. Everybody she knew had pointed ears.
